Great product, works well, but more importantly great workman ship from Mr. Wayne Thornhill. This guy is a straight shooter, honest and reliable. Came to my house gave me a quote, we scheduled a date and day of installation he was prompt and ready. It has been approximately 2 months since he finished and everything is working as he said it would.

Wayne you exemplify, what a professional should be....ohhh did l mention wifey is super happy....(Happy wife happy home....:)

First of all I want to say what a true pleasure it is to write this much earned review. Wayne is a diamond among the rocks. He is professional, personable, informative, and highly knowledgeable in his business. Has excellent business ethics. Great communication in setting up an appointment. He is very focused in his work and gets the job done in a timely manner. His craftsmanship is second to NONE as evidenced by for example the countertop drawer pictured, High quality and ease of operation. I called on Wayne a second time regarding issues I had been having with a pull-out kitchen trash receptacle track system I bought from another worthless company. He explained to me the reasons for the issues, and replaced it with a high quality product shown in the attached picture. Visually it is beautiful and works wonderfully smooth. Enough great things cannot be said about Wayne. I would highly recommend Wayne for his services. You will not be disappointed, but highly pleased.

Why did I wait so long! I've lived in my condo for 8 years and have never liked the pantry...it was narrow and deep and very dark inside. I finally called Wayne over the Holidays and in early January my custom rollouts arrived! I couldn't be happier. Wayne was knowledgeable, friendly, and the product is excellent. I always hated opening up a cabinet and not being able to easily access items in the back. When we were thinking of improvements to our new home, we knew we wanted to install roll out shelves. We have quite a few deep cabinets and was concerned we would not be able to fully utilize the new space. I receive a quote from another company and this quote was far more reasonable. In addition, they showed up on time, installation went smoothly and the quality of the roll outs is fantastic. Now our cabinets are well organized, we can easily see all the items and no more wasted space. One of the best purchases for our new home.

Wayne was part of team that handled a kitchen and bath room remodel for us. Wayne installed new slow close slides on our drawers, new doors with hidden slow close hinges, new drop downs in front of sinks, and new handles on all the drawers and cabinets. He was honest, always on time, his work was neat, craftsman like, and sturdy. He recommended different sized handles for different sized drawers and cabinets and it really added a classy effect. The doors he helped my wife pick turned out to be just perfect for us. It's too bad we can only give him 5 stars because he deserves many more!!! **We worked with the Refinish Artist(Paul) to do the finish of the kitchen and bath as the other part of the team see my review.

Wayne just left my house.....was here promptly at 8 as he said he would be and just now finished up.......installed 9 slide outs....full extension...my wife is so happy!!! They work perfectly and we now can organize our pots/pans/utensils the way they should be. It will be a much more efficient kitchen.

His prices were very good, quality of the shelves (real wood) was high, and his service was excellent. Even vacuumed the floor in kitchen and blew off dust where his saws were positioned on the porch....I am very impressed with his professionalism....and have no doubt that if we have any issues (none expected) that he will be prompt in handling them.

If you are considering updating your kitchen, you would be remiss if you did not call Wayne for an estimate and a consultation on how to best "remodel" your kitchen.

The good thing about crowd sourced review is the cream will always rise on the top. When I get good service or product I feel compelled to say something about it to help the community, for the seller to have more business and for the buyer to make an informed decision... as for the customer who needs their cabinet handles done CORRECTLY, I'll help you by saying that this guy Wayne is one of those subject matter expert that takes pride and passion with his craft. The experience shows as he explains the do's and don'ts, the why's and the how's.

I suggest and highly recommend to ask Wayne to give you his honest opinion about which handles will look best with the color, style of the cabinet. He knows his craft and never afraid to tell you what looks best... and i'm so GLAD we listened. Very professional, insightful and helpful. Reasonably price for the amazing service that you get.

Such professionalism! Wayne was by far the easiest part of our entire kitchen remodel! We wanted to upgrade our cabinets with new hinges, and a few new drawers. After seeing the quality of Wayne's work, we ordered all new drawers, pullouts, and all new handles and knobs. I love everything he did! The dovetail, Birchwood drawers are BEAUTIFUL, and work so smoothly!

Equally important was how great Wayne is to work with. Always in touch, on time, and NEAT! He went above and beyond, and actually found the perfect 'extra' door, so that he could create a new opening on the back of our island, giving us acess to previously inaccessible cabinet space. And he's a total perfectionist! I like that!

Wayne is amazing!!! When we built our house we didn't want to go with basic cheap hardware from Lowes or Home Depot, we had Wayne come out he did all the hardware in our entire home. His prices were similar to what Lowes or Home Depot, except we had 100 times more options to choose from, plus he installed them! He upgraded cabinets and drawers for us with soft close and organization as well as custom trash cans. I highly recommend him, he's professional and clean and does perfect work.

If you're looking to install pull out shelves, look no further & call Wayne right now! Our kitchen desperately needed pull shelves, especially my deep cabinet pantry. For years I kept bugging my hubby, finally he relented and we started looking. To install them ourselves from Home Depot or Lowe's would have been crazy $$$! Wayne was professional from the get go, he was honest with us and explained how wood lasts longer than the metal pull outs. The day before he was to install the shelves, I told him that I would be expecting guest Friday evening. Wayne came over the next day early and he didn't stop till everything was installed - the man is a machine! He cleaned up afterwards and it was like he was never there. My shelves look like they came with the house. I fell in love with my kitchen all over agin. Thank you Wayne!!

We hired Wayne to install pull-out shelves in our kitchen based upon a recommendation from our cabinet refinisher - and what a recommendation it was! Wayne is reasonably priced, extremely professional and went above and beyone with extra's that I did'nt ask for, and was'nt charged for either! He straightened out all our cabinet doors, installed magnets so that the doors closed nicely, and added door bumpers so that they closed quietly. I would not hesitate one moment to hire Wayne! In fact, in a couple weeks, he's coming back to replace a drawer that I repaired 2 or 3 times over the years and looks terrible. No doubt it will look like new thanks to Wayne!

For all the services based business that I dont take the time to write a review, I have to write a review for this one...

I hired Handle it over a year ago to install my rollouts & Lazysusan in my blind corner cabinet in my kitchen.

The Pantry in which my rollouts were installed is a double drawer cabinet and held alot of weight per rollout. All thought the rollout outs worked perfectly, over time the softclose hinges started to not work.

So I called Wayne back from Handle it and sure enough not only did he handle it he reinstalled and reinforced the hardware to handle more weight for the softclose hindges to work.

In my review and honest opinion Wayne not only stood behind his work but he went above and beyond his scope of warranty and basically gave me a FREE upgrade because of the excessive weight I was holding in the drawers at no charge.

I highly recommend Handle it for all your cabinet accessories and rollout needs. They are professional, on time and stand behind there work.
